We believe that our lending strategy is poised for scale and expansion, and we have positioned ourselves to capture the ever- growing and evolving market for litigation finance. While 2023 has seen strong interest in new types of deals and different approaches to litigation finance, we remain cautious and calculated. We are confident in our core strategy, as we believe that it offers the best risk-return profile amongst other litigation finance strategies.
