Samantha Polk is the Director of Legal Investments for Pravati Capital. Her role includes managing the underwriting department, building strategic client relationships, and providing lawyers and law firms with customized financial solutions. Samantha also plays a crucial role in assisting with post-funding responsibilities, ensuring ongoing support for both law firms and their clients.
Before joining Pravati Capital, she served as the Financial Services Manager at Tiffany & Bosco, P.A., where she developed expertise in complex civil litigation, regulatory compliance, financial services, bankruptcy and foreclosure law, and corporate business law.
Samantha holds an Associate's Degree in Applied Sciences from Lamson College with a specialization in Paralegal Studies.
