Samantha Polk currently serves as Director of Legal Investments for Pravati Capital. Her role includes managing the underwriting department, attending legal industry conferences to meet with present and future clients, and assisting the company and its clients with post-funding obligations.
Samantha is a talented paralegal with over a decade of experience working in a broad range of legal practice areas, including complex civil litigation, regulatory compliance, financial services, bankruptcy and foreclosure law and litigation, and corporate business law. Previously, she served as the Financial Services Manager for Tiffany & Bosco, P.A.
Samantha obtained her Associates Degree in Applied Sciences/Paralegal Studies from Lamson College.
She enjoys using the law to protect individuals and make a positive impact in people's lives. Outside the office, Samantha enjoys cooking and spending time with her two young daughters.
