Ben Pierce joined Pravati Capital in 2023 as a Legal Investment Analyst. In this role, Ben meets with potential funding candidates and evaluates their requests on a case-by-case basis. His evaluations are then used in the ultimate decision whether a candidate is funded.
Before joining Pravati Capital, Ben started his career as a law clerk for Justice John R. Lopez IV of the Arizona Supreme Court in 2018-2019. Afterwards, he worked in a wide variety of legal fields, both on the defense side and on the plaintiff side. On the defense side, Ben defended everything from multimillion dollar wrongful death cases to professional liability cases. On the plaintiff’s side, he prosecuted billion dollar legal malpractice, antitrust, and fraud cases.
In his free time, Ben enjoys hiking, playing sports, and watching SEC football.
