Paul Dirkmaat has amassed a varied and expansive skill set in the legal field, with a passion for helping those around him succeed.
After graduating from Brigham Young University with a degree in Chinese, he attended The George Washington University Law School. He also has received his MBA from Thunderbird School of Global Management. His career has led him overseas and he has worked for several AML 50 law firms, including Paul Hastings in Hong Kong, DLA Piper, and Perkins Coie.
Paul has experience working in capital markets, as a venture capital attorney, and as a commercial litigator, before joining Pravati in 2023. Paul brings with him a blended skillset of business-oriented legal training and practical experience. Paul is licensed in both New York and Arizona.
